The 2026 Vigo County Fair is July 11 through July 18.
Daily during the annual Vigo County 4-H fair, the Master Gardeners provide the materials, instructions, demonstrations and supervision for Make and Takes. The schedule for the 2026 Make and Takes at the Vigo County Fair is as follows:

The Master Gardener fair committee started meeting in January to plan for the activities. The activities are incorporated into programs for children and adults with garden related themes.
The making of stepping stones continues to be one of the most popular activities at the fair.
These activities are a fun learning experience for the community and make the fair an interesting place to visit. Every year we have more people that attend our sessions.
